If a customer says they didn’t receive something, but I can see it’s right on top of the pallet, it wraps the conversation quickly.”

They book rush and scheduled hotshots the most, and scheduled bookings are used for longer, full-job pallet deliveries that are typically planned days in advance. Rush jobs are for urgent same-day needs like missing components or extra parts. The team has yet to use the dedicated route service, as their in-house drivers cover those basics.

We asked Reed if he’d recommend Curri, to which he gave us his “absolutely.” In his industry in particular, the name of the game is simplicity and speed of service. To them, Curri is the simplest hotshot provider on the market today.
