Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 30, 2025

Curri, Inc. (“Curri,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) provides a technology service that seeks to connect senders with drivers, motor carriers, couriers and other delivery service providers, to provide or receive (as applicable) delivery services. In order to do this, we need to collect information about such senders and delivery service providers, and about the shipments.

This policy tells you what information we collect through our website located at curri.com (the “Site”) and/or our Curri software applications (the “Apps”) and how we use it. We do not store information that we don’t have to.

This policy applies to information we collect:

  • On or through the Site and Apps (including any images, photos, videos or other content you upload through the Site and Apps).
  • In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Site and Apps.
  • When you use any of the services or platforms available on or through the Site and Apps.
  • When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services if those applications or advertising include links to this policy.

This policy does not apply to information collected by any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Site and Apps.

Curri provides the Site and Apps, along with other applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Curri Platform”) to individuals (“Users”) as shipment senders (“Senders”) and/or drivers, motor carriers, couriers and other deliverers (“Deliverers”). In addition to this Privacy Policy, your use of the Curri Platform is also subject to our Terms of Service.

We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed. We will make changes as needed, and updates will be reflected here. As long as you use the Curri Platform, you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy.

Types of Information We Collect

We collect two basic types of information:

  • “Personal Information”: Information that identifies (whether directly or indirectly) a particular individual, such as your name, postal address, email address, age, and telephone number; and
  • “Anonymous Information”: Information that does not directly or indirectly identify, and cannot reasonably be used to identify, an individual. When Anonymous Information is directly or indirectly associated with Personal Information, the resulting information is also treated as Personal Information.

In particular, we collect the following categories of data:

  • Contact Information. When you sign up to be a Sender or Deliverer, request information, apply for a job with Curri, or otherwise contact us, we may collect contact information to include your name, phone number, home or work address, and email address.
  • Shipment Information. We may collect the name, address, and phone number of the person (the “Receiver”) whom you want to receive the delivery (the “Shipment”). This is to help us communicate with you and the Receiver about the Shipment to ensure fast, effective delivery. We also need to know what the Shipment is (for safety and accuracy) and how big it is (weight and dimensions).
  • Payment Information. Payment information is collected to facilitate payment on the Curri Platform. Payment is handled by our secure third party service provider, Stripe. To keep your information secure, we do not directly store complete banking, credit card or other financial information on Curri’s servers.
  • Driver and Vehicle Information. If you apply to become a Deliverer, you will need to provide detailed information about you and/or your motor carrier or courier company that we may share securely with third parties, including vehicle information, vehicle and business insurance information, and possibly other information including any motor carrier or Department of Transportation registration numbers you operate under, information about your business’s personnel, affiliates (if any) and assets. If you are a motor carrier or courier company, we may enter into a separate agreement with you pursuant to which we may collect and maintain the driver’s license, social security number, department of transportation medical card, and other relevant information about your delivery personnel to facilitate the provision of compliance, safety management and/or other services we may agree to provide, in which case the collection and retention of any such information by us will be governed by our separate agreement with you (and not this Privacy Policy).  In addition, you may be directed to share driver’s license, social security number and other personal information with am unaffiliated partner background checking vendor, who will help us complete background checks on Deliverer applicants. Information provided to any background check vendor is subject to such vendor’s privacy policy. We do this to keep the Curri community and Platform safe for Users, employees, and the general public.
  • Banking and Tax Information. Deliverers are asked to provide bank account and tax information via our third party service provider, Stripe, and Curri employees are asked to provide bank account and tax information so that we can pay you and can comply with applicable tax laws.
  • Still or Video Images. Deliverers provide images via the App during the performance of delivery services. Curri retains the photos you provide through the App as part of your performance of delivery services.
  • Location Information. Information about your location is used for tracking deliveries and determining Deliverer eligibility for receiving Delivery Opportunities, and your approximate location is associated with your IP address or other online or device identifier when accessing the Curri Platform or our social media pages.
  • Activity, Usage, Viewing, Technical, and Device Data. When you visit the Curri Platform or open emails we send, we may collect information about the content you view, how often you use the Curri Platform, your browser or device type, unique device identified, and IP address. We may obtain this information from a third party, such as a site or platform provider.

We use a third-party service to receive job applications from those interested in employment with Curri. Curri also works with unaffiliated partner vendors to complete background (criminal and driving) checks on Deliverers. If you apply to become a Deliverer, you may be prompted to provide certain personal information to these partners, in which case these partners will provide us with information about you, such as your driving record or criminal history.
