Each agent is tuned to one job in dispatch. They orbit the same core, pull from the same data, and bond into a single system that covers the whole flow.
Payload Intelligence
Payload Intelligence reads every order down to the part, filling in accurate weights and dimensions the moment it comes together. Then it works out how the freight travels: what packages together, what stacks, what rotates, what needs its own space. By the time an order reaches dispatch, the shipment is already known, not guessed.
Smart Import
Drop in a purchase order, a screenshot, or a photo of a ticket and get a finished booking back. Smart Import handles PDFs, images, and pasted text, pulling pickup, drop-off, contacts, and line items on its own. What lands in front of you is a ready-to-dispatch draft, so all you do is check it and send.
Exceptions Agent
Carriers cancel. Payloads run late. Addresses come in wrong. The Exceptions Agent watches every active delivery in real time and catches trouble early, then rebooks with the best available carrier and rate on its own. It pulls your team in only when a situation actually needs a human, so most issues clear before anyone notices.
Maya
Maya is the copilot that knows dispatch inside and out and lives in the tools your team and drivers already use. She answers across text, email, voice, and in-app, clearing the repeat questions that pile up and pulling real shipment status on demand. She hands off to a human only when something truly needs one.
Booking Agent
Text a dedicated line or email the address and get an instant delivery quote back, no portal, no login. The Booking Agent reads what you send, fills any part gaps with Payload Intelligence, and recommends the right vehicle for the job. You get a real price and a quick-book link, straight from your phone.
Coworker
Coworker plans and builds routes inside Route Planner, then runs Smart Dispatch to auto-assign orders where they fit. It manages drivers and vehicles, sends passcodes to the field, and reoptimizes routes when the day shifts. It even resolves delivery windows for customers, so sales never waits on a callback to confirm.
Negotiator
Finding a driver usually means working the phones one call at a time. Negotiator handles the whole back-and-forth at scale, sending and managing offers across multiple drivers at once and tracking who's in and at what rate as replies come back. You get the right carrier at the right price, hands-off.
Compliance Validator
Custom stop tasks only work if the proof holds up. Compliance Validator uses AI to check the photo or input a driver submits at each stop, confirming it matches what the job actually requires. Running in Route Planner and Marketplace, it passes clean deliveries through and flags the ones that don't, so proof of delivery is right before the route closes.
