**Curri at the NAW Innovators Summit 2026** is the companion page to Curri co-founder Matt Lafferty's talk. Most distributors know Curri as the Marketplace they book deliveries on. The talk covers the other half: Core Intelligence, the AI agents working underneath that Marketplace, and the Orchestrator that brings both into one view.

## Marketplace

The Curri Marketplace is where distributors book deliveries across Curri's network of vehicles and carriers. It helps teams move faster, work more efficiently and win more sales.

## Core Intelligence

Core Intelligence is eight purpose-built agents already working under the Marketplace. It isn't a chatbot bolted onto a TMS.

- **Payload Intelligence:** Reads every order down to the part, so the shipment is known before dispatch sees it.
- **Smart Import:** Drop in a PO, a screenshot, or a photo of a ticket. Get back a ready-to-dispatch draft.
- **Exceptions Agent:** Catches the late payload or the cancelled carrier and rebooks it before anyone notices.
- **Maya:** The dispatch copilot your team and drivers already text, email, and call.
- **Booking Agent:** Text a line, get a real quote and a quick-book link. No portal, no login.
- **Coworker:** Plans routes, auto-assigns orders, and reoptimizes when the day shifts.
- **Negotiator:** Works every carrier offer at once and tracks who's in, at what rate.
- **Compliance Validator:** Checks the proof at each stop, so POD is right before the route closes.

## Payload Intelligence in action

The talk shows one agent working live. Payload Intelligence reads an order and resolves the weight and dimensions of each part before dispatch sees it.

## Orchestrator

The Orchestrator puts Marketplace and Core Intelligence in one pane of glass: your fleet, your carriers and Curri's network, run from one place.
